Mesh catch frame specially developed to allow ease of etching small metal parts. This Etching frame removes the need for small metal parts to be held to the metal sheets after etching via “Tabs”.
The metal sheet to be chemically Etched is simply placed inside the hinged frame and passed through the conveyorised spray Etching machine. All small metal Etched parts are completely Etched away from the metal sheet and are trapped inside the catch frame. This catch frame saves considerable labour time spent cutting out all the small metal parts and polishing away tabs etc.
