These units use a high quality aluminium alloy heating plate, the surface is treated with diamond wire drawing, smooth and wear-resistant. Intelligent constant temperature, high temperature heating is safer and is more reliable.
Using these hot plates allows the temperature of the board’s substrate material to be raised to the correct working temperature, ensuring perfect soldering operations without the risk of damage to the board from thermal shock.
