General Purpose programmable Laboratory Fan ovens that offer highly efficient lab units to suit most PCB drying, curing, baking, warming and general laboratory applications.
The exterior of the General Purpose Laboratory Digital Fan ovens are constructed from sheet steel finished in powder coated paint. The interior chamber is made from stainless steel and is fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves. The top vent is fitted with a clip to hold a mercury-in-glass thermometer. Active Fan circulation is fitted to all Laboratory ovens as standard.
The vertical style units are fitted with the controls below the hinged door.
The Lab ovens are heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned below the chamber floor for natural convection and fitted around the fan on the back or side wall of the chamber for mechanical convection. The control system comprises of a direct reading thermostat and overheat thermostat both with calibrated scales and tamper proof lock, a mains on/off switch with a PID Microprocessor controller with dual digital displays of set point and actual temperature, which are auto tuned for each individual oven to optimise the heat up, overshoot and control of temperature
All Laboratory digital fan ovens have a temperature range of 40 to 250 degrees Celcius, with a fluctuation of +/-0.50 degrees Celcius. There is an option of a 40-300 Degrees Version of this type of oven.
