The reasons for this change seem to be obvious. To state only some of a SMDs template’s advantages, one had to mention the uniformity of the print, the thickness of the transferred paste and the higher durability. But up to now there was one principal problem with templates: They were not easily available.  From now on, there is a quick, cheap and easy way to make your metal template on your own. With already existing machines and without interference of existing processes applying dry fim to the surface, exposing with an artwork, developing and Etching.We offer  pre-sensitized metal templates in many dimensions, in different thicknesses and hardnesses.German Silver sheets are available in 300 x 200mm. Thicknesses: 01, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 mm. Other thicknesses by request are possible.
