The SP1A Dispenser is used for precise control of pneumatically dispensing of Liquids, Glues, Solderpaste etc. The material pressure can be precisely adjusted with the integrated compressed air regulator and allows for precision dispensing of Solderpaste and or adhesives etc. The unit has an adjustable time and vacuum suck back feature to aid accurate and easy dispensing.

In MAN mode, when the user presses the foot pedal, the numbers on the screen display will increase from “00.00” til trigger is released, then the number won’t disappear until pressing the trigger next time, which will then count from “00.00” again. In SEMI-AUTO or FULL-AUTO mode, the number on the screen is based on preset dispensing time and interval time.
